We help contractors buy insurance with the actual work in view. We take care of preparing the submission and seeking terms, then explain our recommendation against the obligations in your contracts.
We make the scope clear to the market.
A broad description of your trade can leave out activities that matter to an underwriter. We work through what your employees perform, which tasks you subcontract, and who carries responsibility for project property. We use that account to request relevant insurance proposals.
We read the restrictions before recommending a quote.
We check exclusions for your construction activities and review the requested endorsements. Our comparison explains how the proposals differ and where a missing term could leave a contract requirement unresolved. We pursue answers with the market.
We account for the agreements on each project.
Your role can change from one San Francisco job to the next. We look at the insurance exhibit for each relevant project and explain how the policy addresses your responsibilities. Stored materials and work in occupied space can need different treatment even when the same crew performs the installation.
