This page describes the information involved in visiting the site and moving from a construction insurance question to a procurement discussion.
Visiting these pages
The site serves informational pages without a quote form, contact form, or document-upload facility. Hosting infrastructure may process request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and request time to deliver and protect the service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to serve them.
To understand how the site is used, we measure page views and interactions, including clicks on the calendar link, with PostHog. That service receives the technical request data described above and stores an identifier in your browser that distinguishes one visitor from another. Reports are reviewed in aggregate to improve the construction insurance information published here; PostHog’s own privacy terms apply to its processing.
Opening the appointment calendar
An appointment link takes you to Cal.com. Information entered there is provided through that service rather than a form hosted on this website. Review the calendar provider’s privacy terms before entering booking details. Keep the appointment description to ordinary business and scheduling information.
Developing an insurance inquiry
An inquiry associated with Fort Mason Partners may be handled by Spot and its brokerage partners for insurance procurement. Details supplied during that process may be used to understand operations, prepare submissions, request options, and communicate about the engagement. Relevant information may be shared with parties involved in assessing or arranging the requested coverage.
Sending documents later
This site is not a secure document collection portal. Do not use calendar notes for medical, financial-account, identity, password, or other sensitive records. Request an appropriate sharing channel and an explanation of the intended recipients before supplying detailed insurance documents.
Questions, correction, and retention
For an inquiry already underway, contact the party handling your discussion to ask about information use, corrections, or retention. Information may need to be retained for the engagement, legitimate recordkeeping, or applicable obligations. No fixed deletion timetable is promised on this site. For a new privacy question, email us without including sensitive records.
